The purpose of SleepForAll.com is to help you get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake refreshed.
Sleep is a natural process, so you don’t need to purchase any products to get you to sleep and certainly don’t need to medicate yourself.
The reason why you can’t sleep is simple, you’re interrupting the natural process of sleep. There are many things you can do to prevent sleep. But there are also many things you can do to enhance sleep. People get into bad sleep habits and they often don’t even realise.
Knowledge and awareness is the killer blow against insomnia. Just by understanding how sleep works, you can see exactly what you need to avoid and what you can do to give the natural process of sleep a helping hand. Sleep is natural, but like all natural cycles, it can easily get mixed up.
Insomnia is easy to slip into. The biology of teenagers does a good job of that! Once you get insomnia it grows and develops. It’s like an overgrown garden. If you don’t do the gardening it will get worse and worse. Monitoring our sleep habits is much the same.
But the great thing is insomnia is just as easy to slip out of. You need willpower yes and you need to know what course of action to take. But what if I said no matter how long you’ve been suffering from insomnia, you can be sleeping deeply and wake refreshed and alert within a matter of weeks. In my experience, it’s certainly possible.
I’m not a sleep doctor and this website really isn’t a replacement for medical help. I’m someone who has taught himself after 15 years of sleep problems how to get out of the habit of insomnia and how to get a great night’s sleep every night.
I’ve developed simple but effective methods to help overcome insomnia and this website is designed to share them with as many people as possible.

How to Wake Up Refreshed
Falling asleep is just one side of the coin to deep refreshing sleep. The other side and one that is not nearly emphasised enough by many sleep experts, is how to wake up refreshed. After all, the whole point of sleep is to become revitalised.
If you don’t wake up refreshed, its tempting to oversleep. Oversleeping messes up your sleep pattern, preventing you from sleeping the following night which then can lead to either sleep deprivation, insomnia or more oversleeping.
Even if you’ve never woken refreshed in your life (first time remember doing so was in my late teens), I’m confident that after reading these articles, you too will be able to wake up fresh and alert.

By sleeping in a poor sleep environment, you can develop what’s called learned insomnia. This is where your mind and body actually expects you to stay awake through the night and so doesn’t engage doesn’t begin to prepare your body for sleep until much later in the night when it can expect to at least get some sleep.
By creating a positive sleep environment, you are setting yourself up for a great night’s sleep. Just a few simple changes can improve your sleep and help you overcome insomnia. Here’s how to create the perfect sleep environment.
Sleep Tests
In this section I’ve provided a range of quick and easy sleep tests that you can fill out and use the results to better understand the nature of your sleep.
All these tests are completely free and I don’t hold your test results for ransom by asking for your email address or anything like that, which I know some websites do.
Sleep Disorders
A sleep disorder is a medical problem that in some way affects the way we sleep.
